GreenerShip – Setting Sail for a Greener Future with Renewable Energy Skills for all

By implementing this project, we aim to advance sustainable entrepreneurship and promote gender equality within the renewable energy sector and vocational education across Europe. Our objectives include developing innovative curriculum frameworks and a digital toolkit, providing targeted training and resources to support green entrepreneurship, fostering stronger collaboration between VET institutions and industry partners, and disseminating project results to a broad and diverse audience.

The project will develop two comprehensive curriculum frameworks aligned with ECVET standards, incorporating six modules dedicated to green skills development and four modules focusing on gender equality within the green sector. It will also include the creation of thematic modules on green entrepreneurial skills and the pilot testing of training programs in multiple countries. In addition, the project will organize multiplier events, produce educational resources, and disseminate outcomes through a variety of communication channels.

We expect the project to deliver concrete and meaningful results, including the development of innovative vocational training materials, increased awareness and understanding of green entrepreneurship, and enhanced entrepreneurial competencies among participants, thereby improving the attractiveness of VET overall. Furthermore, we anticipate the creation of a sustainable network and a long-term impact through the empowerment of individuals to establish environmentally responsible businesses and contribute to sustainable and equitable economic development.
